Please adhere to the following policies in all of our properties.

Pets
Pets are welcome! Maximum of two. Do not leave unattended in cabin. There may be an additional cleanup bill if pets soil cabin.
Smoking
If you are smoking inside of the cabin you better be on fire. Smoke outside all that you want.
Quite Time
Please respect your neighbors. Quiet time starts at 11pm.
Occupancy
Cabin rental is based on 1 to 8 people. Price is 195.00 per night plus tax. Maximum occupancy is eight. Children 3 and under are free. A minimum of two nights are required. Some dates require 3-4 nights.
Additional Fee’s
Room charges do not include: room tax, sales tax, or any other incidentals that may occur.
Refunds
Sorry but no refunds but we will give you credit to stay another time if you give us a 14 day notice. There are no refunds or credit for early departures or late check-ins. Check in time is 3pm, check-out time is 11am. Special arrangements can be made with prior notice.
Fire Safty
There is a fire pit and everyone is welcome to burn firewood that is stacked by the pit. If there is not any firewood available it can be purchased close by. Do not leave an open fire unattended. There is a water hose close by to distinguish fire.
Cleaning
A cleaning crew will take care of cleaning toilets, showers, beds, ect… you will responsible for taking out everything that you brought in, emptying trash, etc.. In other words try to leave it like you found it.
Drinking
Our cabin is designed for families and small groups and is not meant for large drunken parties. Violators will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given.
Furniture
Don’t move the furniture around. I have it just the way I want it.
Legal Age
You must be 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license, credit card to rent cabin. There are exceptions for newlyweds.
